Max Bacon is closing reproductive healthcare gaps with Juniper, an employer-funded membership that blends vetted clinicians, navigation, and education into one pathway. Think timely access and clear guidance for fertility, menopause, and adjacent needs—delivered through benefits people can actually use. The wager is practical and systemic: design coverage that meets life where it happens, and build secure data environments so innovators can learn safely and launch responsibly.

My biggest concern about why digital health hasn’t yet taken off is the limited access companies have to high-quality data in a secure, controlled environment.
Bacon’s north star is credibility at the moment of need: give people reliable routes to trusted clinicians, remove financial friction, and back decisions with understandable information. Juniper’s pathway-led approach tackles the real choke points—fragmented journeys, exclusionary benefits, and inconsistent guidance—while arguing for secure data-sharing sandboxes that let teams test and improve before scale. The leadership habits are hands-on: listen at the frontline (Gemba), measure what matters, and treat inclusion—language, norms, choice—as part of access, not an add-on.
