Caroline Mitterdorfer is closing the diagnostic gap in reproductive health with LEVY Health, a B2B software platform for fertility clinics, health systems, and reproductive-care providers. Think end-to-end, guideline-based diagnostics that structure workups, surface next steps, and shorten time to answers—now operating in the U.S. after €7M in funding. The wager is practical and urgent: build workflow-native tools that earn provider trust and turn earlier, accurate diagnosis into everyday care.

There are so many smart digital health solutions out there, but they often fail to integrate into existing clinical workflows.
Mitterdorfer’s conviction is personal—an early cervical-cancer diagnosis—and operational: innovation counts only when it fits how care is delivered. LEVY Health sells to providers, not patients, structuring fertility diagnostics so clinicians can act sooner, document better, and align to guidelines without extra clicks. She argues for listening earlier—to patients, data, and frontline teams—while recognizing the realities of healthcare sales: longer cycles, regulation, and the need to prove value inside the EMR and clinic workflow, not beside it. Funding follows the same logic: vision and team at seed, proof points later; and, for women’s health, looking beyond Europe to U.S. investors who understand the market’s pace and scale. The north star remains equity: design for trust, transparency, and access so fewer women are left searching for answers.
